Falsas consideraciones en los estudios sobre el mal de ojo en el mundo clásico
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to question the classification of the belief in the evil eye as either magic or superstition, even if the modern studies about this belief have traditionally maintained the idea that the evil eye is part of one of these two categories. The works published during the lasts years concerning the concepts of “magic” and “superstition” make us reconsider their utility as categories for the belief in the evil eye.
