Abstract

The WIPO Treaty on Intellectual Property, Genetic Resources and Associated Traditional Knowledge (GRATK Treaty) establishes a disclosure requirement related to genetic resources and traditional knowledge associated with genetic resources in patent applications. This paper discusses the main provisions of the GRATK Treaty.
