Abstract

Since 29th January 2019 most of EU Member States apply Regulations 2016/1103 and 2016/1104 concerning Private International Law in matters of matrimonial property regimes and in mat­ters of the property consequences of registered partnerships, respectively. Both are long and complex texts that govern comprehensively all issues of those matters having cross-border implications.
