Through this interesting judgment of the Provincial Court of Navarre of 9 November 2018, there is approached the study of the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts to deal with a controversy with a border building is addressed. This problem arises when Spain and France correct their Pyrenean border under certain bilateral agreements, so some of the former French rural lands may be located in Spain.
