Abstract

Faced with the decline of globalization, generated by the successive economic crises that have occurred throughout this century, culminating in the current COVID-19 global pandemic, private international law must face the challenges that arise in the new scenario where cross-border relations shall develope, being their examination the main object of this work, from the study of a series of significant cases.
