Abstract

In relation with a dispute arising under a contract of employment whose only connection with Spain is the nationality of the Claimant, this one brings his claim in Spain against his American employer and other Companies domiciled in Spain and Europe arguing that the defendants form a Group of Companies for labour purposes.
