The Palma de Mallorca Provincial Court Judgment 3rd of September 28, 2021 deals with the issue of the marital economic regime formed by the deceased, which is not community property, because English law does not provide for it or its existence has been proven by virtue of the spouses agreement. The deed of sale and its subsequent declaration of new work is not a sufficient title to legitimize the widow as owner by virtue of the community of property, which has not been accredited, but it is sufficient title to declare her as owner ad usucapionem 50% of the farm.Downloads
