On civilization, power and law An existential crisis

The model of global order in international relations and its legal institutionalization in the UN system is in deep crisis. We examine two of the reasons for this crisis: the criticism of the alleged Western hijacking of this model and the criticism of legal universalism itself, in an attempt to offer a possible legal universalism and to consider the role of the EU in this regard.
