Abstract

Ronald Dworkin, studying the different conceptions of democracy, analyzes the power of money in the policy of the United States of America and he offers us several measures to reform the system of electoral campaign finance and improve the politic speech. We can finish doing a reflection about the necessities and the possible application of the proposal for R. Dworkin to the case of Spain
