Abstract

The work analyzes the process of globalization over the last 40 years. Its development and effects have not been uniform. This has uncovered two tendencies: one is the need to develop a culture of legality of globalization, which is non-existent so far, and the other is the tendency of “deglobalization” of all elements that has failed in the process of globalization.
