Abstract

The author provides a systematic and exhaustive study of the crimes of traffic of influences and influences peddling in the spanish Penal Code, especially after the reforms introduced in 2010, highlighting its shortcomings in the fight against corruption and suggesting various improvements for a future -and predictable- reform thereof.
