Abstract

The end of the Social-Democratic agenda gave way to the New Public Management, a new neoliberal agenda that advocates the incorporation of market principles into public administration. The defect of this paradigm, which undermines the complexity of our societies, motivated the development of a systemic strategy: “relational administration".
