Legal professionals have certain duties, according to the specific performance of their social function. Among them the lawyers have a deontology that includes social, moral and legal rules. These norms constitute exceptions to the application of other non-professional rules and are justified by supporting behaviors whose fulfillment becomes a prerequisite for the exercise of the right of defense.
