Abstract

Since few years ago, the jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights has had a transcendental impact in the form how the Colombian Council of State is repairing the victims in serious violations of human rights. Thus, it has passed from a mere pecuniary compensation to a real integral compensation following for such effects the guidelines given by the Interamerican Court in its pronouncements. In order to achieve that, the maximum Administrative Court has applied the called conventionality control and has incorporated inside his jurisprudence measures of restorative justice in conformity with the beginning of restitution in integrum and of integral repair, managing to approach including the topic of the transformative repair.
