Abstract

The essay tries to show, through the analysis of art. 445 of the Spanish criminal code, the answer that the Spanish criminal system gives to a phenomenon as frequent and harmful as the corruption within international business transactions. This topic has drawn the attention of international organizations (UNO, OECD, EU…) and constitutes one of the hottest issues of today’s criminal policy.
