Abstract

Abstract: The individual appeal for protection to the Constitutional Court , -a basic tool in order to defend the fundamental rights and liberties-, would need, paradoxically, to be defended from the amendments which has suffered or threaten it and, allegedly, even from the very action of the Constitutional Court. In this work we analyze a case and point out some amendments that, in our opinion, would make that basic tool truly effective.
