This paper examines the Community and italian national rules on protection of homosexual workers, highlighting how the realization of the principle of equal treatment between workers relates to the effectiveness of the protection. About this, the legislator has achieved significant results; however, others could be obtained through the creation of specific organs, positive actions and trade union organizations that have an important role to reduce differences among the victims of discriminatory treatment groups.Downloads
