Nequality between men and women in labour relations and its impact on job evaluation Specifically, we refer to the aspects related to assessment factors that allow the identification, correction, and avoidance of gender biases. The wage gap produced due to indirect discrimination requires a specific analysis linked to job evaluation. This study addresses the procedure as a tool to ensure gender equality.
