In this work, it is carried out an analysis of wage discrimination based on sex and the regulations issued to combat such differentiation and achieve equal pay. For this, it is realized a study of the existing regulations, both at the international, community and national level, as well as the different types of existing discrimination, that is, direct and indirect, with its practical manifestations through judicial doctrine. Additionally, it is studied the most common factors that influence the creation of discriminatory situations for working women in terms of wages. And, finally, it is studied the measures recently established by the legislator to deal with these situations.Downloads
