Abstract

This article addresses the issue of considering prostitution as a job leading to an employment contract. It begins with a reference to the difficulty of recognising prostitution as a social reality and exposes the problems of fitting this activity within the frame of labour law. The article goes on to briefly present the state of the matter in judicial doctrine and closes with a reference to possible alternatives.
