Abstract

Since the labor reform at the end of 2021, labor and social protection standards have been subject to multiple changes of a very different nature, the analysis of which has been grouped around the notion of a “reform storm”.The present contribution addresses the formal characteristics of the rules that comprise it, connecting them with previous trends in the system of sources and showing some novelty, such as the new relevance of cross-cutting laws.
