Abstract

RDLey 2/2023 undertakes important legislative modifications in the field of pensions with which the reform process derived from the Pact of Toledo and commitment 30 of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan is completed. Through this reform -which is the result of the agreement adopted between the Government and the most representative union organizations- it is intended to achieve the sustainability of the system without harming equity and the sufficiency of benefits.
