As a result of the great growth that esports have had over the last few years, profesional video games players have undergone a big change in their working conditions. Throughout the analysis of the applicable regulation, we will also examine the consequences of applying the regulations relating to profesional athletes and public show artists. In addition, we will deal all the obstacles that appear with the application of the current regulations that are applicable in the industry and the results caused by the use of new digital platforms. Base don this data, we will offer our own proposal to provide esports players with the legal security they deserve within the workplace.
