The purpose of this article is to study public groups of companies from a labor perspective. The singularities presented by the administrative organization make it necessary to carry out a specific study of the concept of a public group of companies and of the legal regimen of the public sector entities that can integrate it. This singularity also affects the extension of labor liability to the different entities of the group and especially to the parent administration. Joint and several liability for labor purposes of groups of companies is a jurisprudential construction that requires identifying the elements to be considered and how they are projected in public sphere.
