News regarding temporary disability

Abstract

The article deals with three reforms in the provision of temporary disability. In the first place, the LGSS has been modified to meet the novelties discovered by LO 1/2023, of February 28, which modifies LO 2/2010, of March 3rd, on sexual and reproductive health and the voluntary termination of pregnancy. Secondly, the reform operated by Royal Decree-Law 2/2023, also introduced changes, effective as of May 17. Finally, to close this diachronic legal sequence in reverse, there were changes derived from Royal Decree 1060/2022 and Order IMS/2/2023.
