Abstract

This article aims to delve into the reasons why the gender perspective, as a technique of interpretation, application and regulatory integration, continues to be the subject of debate. To this end, we will reflect on the persistence of the reasons that determined the promulgation of Organic Law 3/2007, as well as on the misunderstandings and half-truths that distort the understanding of an essential instrument to achieve the effectiveness of the principle of equality between women and men, among them its exclusive applicability to the female sex.
