La metodología utilizada, consistió en la realización de un estudio descriptivo simple, en el que se realizó una revisión bibliográfica sistemática, en el metabuscador de la Universidad de Almería, sobre artículos recientes relacionados con las habilidades comunicativas de los pacientes esquizofrénicos. Los resultados evidenciaron una significativa diferencia entre el habla normal y la de este tipo de pacientes, que se descubrió más distorsionada, desorganizada y con unos rasgos lingüísticos característicos propios. De este modo, se concluyó que si se profundiza el conocimiento sobre el proceso comunicativo en la esquizofrenia, se podría ofrecer una mejor relación terapéutica enfermera-paciente basada en la comprensión mutua para superar las barreras presentes. También se vislumbró que el rol de enfermería es imprescindible para éstos enfermos, y que la actuación profesional debería ampliarse al ámbito familiar si se quieren conseguir mejores resultados.</p> <p class="Default"><strong>Palabras clave</strong>: Barreras de la comunicación, Comunicación, Enfermería, Esquizofrenia, Habla, Relación enfermera-paciente</p> <p class="Default"><strong>Abstract</strong>: The main purpose of the article has been increasing the knowledge about the affectations and difficulties in communication shown by people with schizophrenia. Thereby we could improve the communication process between sanitary professionals and affected patients through mutual understanding. The methodology was a simple descriptive study consisting in a systematic literature review in the metasearch of the university of Almería about recent articles related by the communicative skills of schizophrenic patients. The results shown a significant difference between normal talk and the talk of this kind of patients which is distorted, disorganized and has his own linguistic features. We concluded that if we had a deeper knowledge about schizophrenia communication process we could offer a better therapeutic nurse-patient relationship based on a mutual understanding to overcome the present barriers.
