Abstract

This study seeks to analyze the principle of progressivity from a perspective of reasonableness, with the aim of determining whether its implementation is guided by the principles of argumentative reflection, and to express its level of correlation with human rights in their substantiation. It also seeks to understand the degree of effectiveness of the proposed analytical and evaluative tools in the practical application of human rights.
