Permanencia y transformación de las fiestas tradicionales en Sueño en el pabellón rojo

Resumen: Sueño en el Pabellón Rojo es una de las Cuatro Obras Maestras Clásicas en China, y ha sido admirado por muchas generaciones chinas. Hace cincuenta años se constituyó la ‘Institución de Rojo’ para investigar esta obra, así que hasta hoy en día se pueden encontrar muchos estudios e investigaciones sobre Sueño en el Pabellón Rojo. Y además en China, este libro, ha sido considerado como enciclopedia de la cultura popular de la Dinastía Qing por las numerosas descripciones de las fiestas, las óperas, los protocolos, las ceremonias funerarias, las construcciones, la cultura del té, la comida, etc., abarcando todas las clases de sociales. En este artículo, presentaré y analizaré las fiestas tradicionales descritas en esta obra en base a los trabajos precedentes. Intentaré discernir e investigar las múltiples acciones o actividades de las fiestas tradicionales para buscar la permanencia y transformación comparando cada una de éstas durante la Dinastía Qing y en la actualidad.

Abstract: Dream of The Red Chamber is one of the Four Great Classical Novels in China, and has been admired by many Chinese generations. Fifty years ago the ‘Red Institution’ was created to investigatethis work, as a result there can be found many studies and research on Dream of The Red Chamber. In our country, this book has been considered as an encyclopedia for popular culture of the Qing Dynasty by numerous descriptions of festivals, operas, protocols, funeral ceremonies, buildings, tea culture, food, etc., covering all social classes. In this article, I will present and analyze the traditional festivals described in this novel based on previous research above mentioned. The aim is to discern and investigate multiple actions or activities of the traditional festivities in order to seek permanence and transformation, comparing each of these during the Qing Dynasty and the present.
