Anarchism and Law. The Mutual Abhorrence between These Two Obstinacies
Keywords:
anarchism, law, order, agreement, disagreementAbstract
This work focuses, through a dialectical assimilative approach, on the attitude of the anarchist theory before the legal phenomenon, both in its denying outburst as in its constructive potentiality. It pursues, in this way, the insight of the reality of Law and the libertarian spirit that allows a verdict concerning the relationship of agreement between one and the other.
