At the digital´s technologies age, Law faces with the aim to address the personal data protection in a global universe where blurring the borders, and the territoriality principle has ceased to be applied. This paper aims to poset he challenge that supposes, to the Spanish legal system, the adaptation to the new European Union regulation on this matter.
