This paper addresses the ethical challenges of cyborgs and is divided into two parts. In the first, I present some of the ethical challenges presented by the fusion between humans and machines, with special attention to the discussion between therapy and enhancement. In the second part, I defend the idea that the reference of all regulation of this problem should be the theory of human rights.
