The communication analyses the importance of the right of participation in the child protection procedures, especially in the case of unaccompanied migrant children to become the new social actors. These children are autonomous, they have their own life plan, that includes their own migration plan, and act in a different way inside the society. They have the right of participation inside the protection systems and, for that, these systems should take into account their individual situations, such as new social actors, to have a correct protection of their rights.
