This work analyzes the (in) visibility of groups in a particularly vulnerable situation in the main measures designed to address and control the COVID-19 pandemic, with special reference to the main recommendations of the human rights protection bodies. Likewise, it investigates how these measures can constitute a factor that strengthens the obstacles to the exercise of rights and lists the opportunities that the pandemic can open to configure greater protection for people and their dignity.Downloads
