Abstract

This article aims to analyze a class action process characterized as reproductive and institutional violence, against the systematic obstructions to tubal ligations of poor women, in Córdoba-Argentina. The analysis presents three dimensions: a legal-conceptual dimension, a procedural dimension, and a judicialization effects dimension.
