Abstract

This article explores the resistance of Indigenous women to extractivism through a political praxis of care. From a decolonial perspective, it argues that knowledge and practices of care are living technologies that challenge patriarchal and capitalist logics that subordinate bodies and territories. In this context, the ethical-political proposals of feminisms from the Global South —where care and interdependence are organizing principles of life— find in feminist science fiction a narrative space to reimagine alternative futures beyond the paradigm of modernity.
