Espacios genéricos, ¿espacios de la religión? Una reflexión sobre la condición de la mujer a través de las fuentes orales

Abstract

Only the permanent conscience, in women and men, of the negative . discrimination (past and present) it can justify and to impel, for the sake of the equality, the woman's absolutely indispensable positive discrimination in the daily life, in the politics ... and in the historiography. In this perspective charges sense the study of the “duality of space”, of “the generics spaces”, like manifestation (cause and consequence) more evident of the Patriarcal Sistem. The oral sources, with the peculiarities and limits from their applicability to the Ancient History, allow to stablish their validity (in the Antiquity and in every time) as well as the intents of legitimating it by means of the appeal to the nature and to the divinity.
