Abstract

This work attempts to analyze, in line with the Supreme Court judgment of December 30, 2010, in the «Havana Club», the treatment currently given to private international law as a matter of international effectiveness nationalization of enterprises. Specifically, will focus on international legal issues raised by the nationalization of corporate brands and the solutions that they receive from the doctrine and jurisprudence.
