Abstract. Besides we need to add the birth of a political minority of antifranco students and the presence of the Communist Party (PCE). In these circunstances a series of new cultural activities finaly led to the demand for a demcoratic Student Congres. The regimen inmediately imposed its represive system, but the student movement had begun. Key Words: University, franquism, studient protestation, opposition.
