Abstract
In this article the author expresses his views about the Spanish Penal Code Amendment Act -LO 5/2010-. He underscores the legal response to crimes such as organ trafficking, mobbing and human trafficking in the 21th century, however he draws attention to numerous mistakes committed by lawmakers who act against democratic values. At the same time, the author is shocked by the unacceptable attitude of regional and local public servants colluded with impunity.
