27 Batallón disciplinario de soldados trabajadores 1940-1942. Violencia política y control social sobre los vencidos de la guerra civil española
Abstract
Resumen: Los Batallones de Trabajadores, organizados durante la guerra civil por los militares sublevados, se convirtieron en un factor clave del sistema represivo franquista para lograr la destrucción de la resistencia armada republicana a través de la explotación económica y la humillación constante de los prisioneros de guerra. Esta forma de violencia se mantuvo en la posguerra, lo que tuvo como consecuencia extender y multiplicar la coacción y el miedo que comportó el proceso de depuración política y el trabajo forzado a que se sometió a los soldados vencidos, como medio eficaz de imponer y consolidar la Dictadura militar sobre una población sumisa.

Abstract: Battalions of workers, organized during the civil war by the military rebels, became a key factor in the Franco's repressive system to achieve the destruction of the Republican armed resistance through economic exploitation and the constant humiliation of prisoners of war. This form of violence remained after the war, which resulted in expanding and multiplying coercion and fear which involved the process of political cleansing and forced labour to which the defeated soldiers as an effective means to impose the military dictatorship over on a submissive population.
