Abstract
The labor reform tries, one more time, to get that he temporary employment contracts should be the exception. For that, it includes new rules to increase. e the fixed employment contracts and provides that collective bargaining agree-ments will be able to establish objective criteria and conversion commitments of fixed-term or temporary contracts into permanent ones, and this paper analyzes the rule including int section 15.4 ET: those temporary contracts subscribed evading the law will be presumed to be indefinite contracts, and the news rules established on the section 15.5 ET. Furthermore, section 7 of the Law on Offences and Penalties in the Social Order, qualifies as a serious infraction the breach of the legal regulation regarding temporary.
