Las sentencias de negligencias médicas en los medios como denuncia social = Sentences due to medical negligences in the media as social complaint
Abstract
Resumen: Los medios de comunicación suelen publicar noticias o artículos sobre casos de negligencias médicas. Es importante tener en cuenta el calado personal de estos contenidos, ya que afectan directamente a la salud física y emocional de sus protagonistas. En cuanto a la difusión, es esencial que los medios se hagan eco para que la opinión pública sea conocedora de estas situaciones que afectan al sistema sanitario, el cual es de todos. Por todo ello, es necesario un fluido feedback entre los despachos de abogados que nos dedicamos a luchar contra las negligencias médicas y los redactores especializados.

Abstract: The media often publish news or articles on medical malpractice cases. It is important to note staff draft of these contents, and that directly affect physical and emotional health of its protagonists. As for the spread, it is essential that the media will echo to the public is aware of these situations that affect the health system, which belongs to everyone. Therefore, a fluid feed back between the law firms we are dedicated to fighting the medical negligence and specialized editors is necessary.
