Latin America’s constitutional tradition. Past, present and future
Abstract
This paper presents Latin America’s Constitutional Tradition as one of the cradles of Western Constitutionalism, as a forerunner of its different stages (liberal, social and international & human rights), as well as a useful reference of political and legal designs and experiences for scholars and researchers interested in comparative studies in human and social disciplines.
