The world of yesterday or the crisis of the international legal order
Abstract
In recent years, various symptoms have been emerging that point to the existence of a crisis in the international order. However, the first manifestations of this phenomenon date back further and bring the West face to face with its contradictions. It is only now, however, that we are faced with a preliminary challenge to the existing international order, which may lead to an unpredictable change of model. This paper analyses different key elements of this reformulation that affects the contemporary conception of international law in such a way that trends of a possible normative retreat can be discerned.
