UNIVERSITAS. Journal of Philosophy, Law, and Politics is a biannual publication that was founded in 2004 within the Gregorio Peces-Barba Institute of Human Rights (formerly Bartolomé de las Casas) at Carlos III University of Madrid. It was initiated by students and professors with the aim of addressing human rights issues from a multidisciplinary perspective.
