Civil disobedience in democratic states

Abstract

Democratic political systems have as a fundamental pillar respect for the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal protection guarantee them. In these systems nonviolent demonstrations of discontent occur against certain political decisions that take the form of civil disobedience based on reasons of legality or morality, and on which the doctrine are reasons for and against. In this paper we present each and reference to related figures as evidence of the democratic health of a state.
