Abstract

This paper analyzes the meaning and implications of Article 12 of the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in the light of  the General Comment No. 1 of its Committee. It focuses on determining the impact of this General Comment to the general regime of personality and capacity attribution in the field of Private law and Family law on Qatar.
