La responsabilidad del transitario frente al porteador cuando el destinatario no retira las mercancías
Resumen
En el presente trabajo se estudia la responsabilidad del transitario frente al porteador cuando, llegada la carga a destino, el consignatario no la retira y el documento del transporte es el Sea Waybill. También se analiza cuándo se entiende producida la entrega de la mercancía y los plazos de caducidad y prescripción de las acciones de reclamación.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the liability of the freight forwarder to the carrier when the goods that arrive to their destination are not collected by the consignee and the transport document is the sea waybill. It also analyzes when it is understood that the delivery of goods, the deadline expiration and the claim’s prescription have occurred.
