El secuestro internacional de menores: soluciones entre España y Marruecos
Abstract
This study deals with cases of international child abduction in the field of the 1997 Agreement between Spain and Morocco. The Agreement tries to secure the prompt return of children wrongfully removed. As a general rule, the requested State shall order the return of the child. Nevertheless, the requested State is not bound to order that return in four cases, depending on the period elapsed from the date of the wrongful removal.
